Description
Due to their unique structure and mechanism of action, peristaltic pumps carry liquids of various origins. The pump motor rotates rollers that compress and release fluid-filled hoses, and the compression creates a vacuum that draws the fluid inside the hose.
Top-quality, durability, ease of use, accuracy, and versatility – you will find essential features of peristaltic pumps in one place. Our partner Masterflex peristaltic pumps have a configurable system, extensive chemical compatibility, easy hose replacement, designed to work with almost any fluid, and stringent pump design and testing standards.
Masterflex peristaltic pumps are available in four groups, divided according to the generated pumping/pumping speed. The total flow ranges from 0.0007 ml/min to 45 l / min, and the generated pressure can be up to 8.6 bar. Masterflex peristaltic pumps are insulated from the material flowing through the hoses, so both the pump and the liquid remain uncontaminated. For this reason, ultra-pure chemicals or additives for food, pharmaceuticals, or semiconductors can be used in these systems. Due to the isolation of the liquids from the peristaltic pumps themselves, the systems are easy to maintain and modify.
A peristaltic pump is worth choosing for many reasons. First, the fluid only comes in contact with the hoses, creating an easy-to-clean and maintain pump system without contamination. Peristaltic pumps are also suitable for high-viscosity liquids. Due to its gentle suction function, the peristaltic pump is an ideal choice for living cells, high-protein suspensions, and other liquids requiring special attention.
We can offer a wide range of Masterflex peristaltic pumps – for dosing, measuring and fluid transfer, research, industry, food, and beverage. Contact our product specialists to help you choose the most suitable liquid dosing solution for your work processes.
